Magical Abilities:

-Telekinesis: Micky has the ability to physically move objects in his mind and he has a capacity of about 250 lbs. He has perfected multitasking while picking things up, and can perform a multitude of tiny complex movements. He can move his prosthetic arm this way, to the point where he does it subconsciously and it imitates the movements of a real arm.
-Levitation: Micky can levitate both on and off a broomstick(though he much prefers the stability of a broom, plus he doesn't like the feeling of floating without anything to grip onto). He is a very quick and agile flyer and can perform many tricks.
-Electric Magic: He can send small, constant streams of energy flowing into electronics. What he mostly uses this for is the creation of robotic helpers which act like teaching aids for him. Since first-time flyers have a tendency to flip and fall from high places, Micky likes a couple extra sets of eyes to keep from having an abundance of broken bones.

Limitations:

-Stamina: In his lessons, between levitation on the broom all day and keeping up with the functions of the robotic helpers, he can easily overexert himself and his magic. He takes breaks between classes often and eats nutritionally well to keep up his strength.
-Focus: Micky is a bit(//cough very) hyperactive and will wander in his lessons by babbling constantly about one thing or another. He is sometimes broken from his stupor by his goggles tightening.
-Clumsy: Not the greatest trait for a teacher who needs a good center of gravity and balance, but he years of practice combined with natural talent have made him an efficient flyer. However, off the broom he tends to be less graceful. He's got a numbers of bruises and scars from many a falls and over eager responses on his part.

Long-Sight Goggles: He often wears them during flight, because they enable him to see magnify like binoculars telepathically. This helps when he's far up into the sky. He thinks they might even have some sentience, because when he wanders off in his lectures with his students, the straps will tighten on his head.

Talented with Flying- He has a knack for high flying action, speed, agility, and proficiency being the most notable.

Nurturing- He's a very loving individual, who is almost puppy-like in nature with his affection. Once you have it, he won't let you go until yours or his DEATH. (intense stuff i know)

History:
Micky was born in Canada to a pair of loving parents who had tried for many years to concieve a child and were finally fortunate to have him. They loved him very much, and doted on him as their only son. When Micky was 10 his whole family was involved in a 3 car pile up, which killed his parents and crushed his arm completely, prompting amputation. Having no other family to take him in, he bounced around foster homes for a good couple of years, never growing attached to anyone or any place. One thing that had bothered him since the crash was the loss of his arm because... it didn't feel lost at all. He felt as if he had his arm still in the place it had always been. He could've sworn he had knocked over a glass or two with his ghost arm. He soon learned he could telekinetically move objects with his brain. Although he was startled by this discovery, he was also intrigued and experimented with it. But, one day he was discovered levitating a glass in midair by his foster family and after screeching bloody murder about him being a devil, they kicked him onto the street. He then out of trash bins and under a bridge for a month or two before he got his letter. He didnt hesitate to accept, having nothing teethering him. He lived and learned at Eterna, eventually discovering his passion for flying. He studied and when the position opened up, he applied for Beginner's Flying classes.
