well i mean like, i try similar methods of drawing, but i end up with stuff like this.

How do you keep the body so well proportioned and keep the contours so well defined in such a quick sketch?

I can draw things like this, but they take me DAYS to complete and i have to follow the contours so closely that i can't deviate much from the reference.
