And here we go, another round of completed customs to share with everyone.

Hosehead is one of three Headmasters who received a measure of prominence late in the original Marvel comics run. But where his two associates have gotten new toys in recent years - Siren got an homage in the form of Titan Master Loudmouth while Nightbeat got toys as part of the Thrilling 30 and Titans Return lines, plus a toy through the TFCC - Hosehead's been left out. Hasbro's probably going to be a while in getting a new one out, but thankfully, folks have the means to correct this oversight for themselves.

The base for this guy is the Power of the Primes toy for Inferno. I removed the old stickers and cleaned up the residue left using rubbing alcohol (which you can get at pharmacies and drug stores, at least in theory), then gave him new stickers courtesy of ToyHax.com. After that, I lucked out, as a kit for modifying this figure with new parts was made available at Renderform.com. Said kit is, alas, no longer available, but included the new head, chest piece, and gun.
