Our instructor for comic-book class wanted to give us practice doing sketch commissions ( If you've ever seen me at my booth at conventions, you know I've already been doing those for a while ) Nevertheless, the assignment was a nice, fun warm-up. Anything we wanted to draw, in 20 minutes.

Obviously when given complete freedom I'm going to draw some kind of monster, and since it was nearing Halloween at the time, it had to be particularly scary and nasty.
Thus, this tooth fairy came to be. It was just pencil and paper in class, but I couldn't resist coloring her when I got home, and I think it's made her much prettier.
