These are only a few uses of her quirk.

Her main quirk is Overheat, which means that she can heat up her limbs and melt anything she comes into contact with.
She also has a secondary quirk called "glow", which is completely harmless and can be used separately from overheat.

Hinoka can control the level of heat she emits, and which limbs she can emit heat from.

These are only 3 examples of how she uses her quirk.

She can use her quirk in big ways, like melting down walls or even using melted holes in the walls to climb things.

But she can also use her quirk in smaller ways, such as boiling water.

But there's another important use for her quirk: She can cauterize wounds or warm people up if they've been frozen. These things require delicacy and extreme concentration. She doesn't want to get too hot or else she can make someone's wounds worse.

(And between you and me, I like the idea of Hinoka and Haru being really good friends. Or maybe even dating, but I'm not sure about that yet. They have a lot in common, I mean... Both of them can turn everything they touch into nothing but ashes.)
