"Come on, Izuku... Come on, Deku... Come on, Deku...! COME ON, DEKU..! UGHH COME ON, DEKU!!!"Deku trapped underneath heavy machinery in a flooding room. A My Hero Academia variant of the Amazing Spider-Man Issue 33 cover "If This Be My Destiny".
Drawn on pencil and ink, traced in Illustrator and colored in Photoshop by me.

Izuku was exhausted.
The chilling water was already swelled up to his waist and the metal felt just as immovable as ever. He had been using 20% of One For All to take on the Villains and beat them down so that when the heroes arrived they could handle mop-up. Kirishima and Ochako had lifted him and with their aid he began to walk towards the escape pods that lined the edge of the facility. His friends had been ready to get him out when one of the Villains decided that he would rather capsize the entire underwater base then let the heroes win. He yelled a quick “Self-destruct! Code 0!” and the ceiling began to crumble. Izuku — in a moment of blatant panic and desire to save his friends — tossed both of his friends into the pod in front of them just as the water and metal began to crash down.
The escape pods that had people on them jettisoned, and the last thing Izuku saw before the metal landed on him was Ochako and Kirishima screaming as they pounded on the glass before being restrained by other heroes that had joined the fray in the base. He hung his head as he knew he was dead, there simply was no way to get out of this one.
Then he remembered All Might’s declaration as he had told Izuku what Izuku had begged any one person to tell him.
‘You can be a hero.’
Izuku snarled at himself for even thinking of giving up and began to push up against the metal holding him down. One for All crackled and surrounded his body and he refused to let the pain of pushing beyond his safety limit of 20% mean anything. He was already in so much pain, it didn’t matter if he hurt himself beyond that. He’d die if he gave up.
”It’s easy... to win...” Izuku growled, “When things are easy... but when it’s hard to... win... that’s when having the power to save others... matters!”
‘Come on, Izuku... Come on, Deku... Come on, Deku...! COME ON, DEKU..! UGH, COME ON, DEKU!’
And miraculously, he began to lift the metal up and up, inch by inch off his body. Izuku realized it and it renewed his determination to push harder, access more. The metal began to lift higher and higher and Izuku body began to tremble more and more as the power coursing through him began to eat at him.
“All Might... entrusted the power of One for All to me!” Izuku shouted, hands crumpling the metal in his grip while lifting the mass off of him, “I have to prove worthy of his decision, if I have his power... and can’t do what he can..... I don’t deserve One for All! I won’t let his belief in me be let down!”
One for all flared to one-hundred for the briefest of measurable times as Izuku screamed his agony and defiance to the heavens and heaved the metal off of him.

Great tribute to an iconic moment of comic history.
Really there are quite a few iconic moments that can be perfectly recreated using the cast of 'My Hero Academia'.
Like the image of Doomsday and Superman striking each other in the jaw can easily be done with All Might and All for One.
