Description I took this photograph in remote 1983 during the ascent to "Passo Santner". These towers are "Torre Delago" and" Torre Stabeler" which, together with "Torre Winkler", are called "Torri del Vajolet".

You're right. I found that I had featured the same photo twice and inadvertently removed yours as well. It has added again. Thanks for letting me know.

This is a grand and mysterious picture because the towers slowly emerge from mist; the rough textures of the rock face contrasts with the softness of the rising mists. Elegantly captured!

So desolute there. Is almost science fiction like in the way you have captured the pinaccles stretching through the fog. You must have been at a very high elevation. Fantastic capture. Well done

they are impressive and elusive, scarcely seen through the dancing fog - I can see beauty while a subtle respectful fear (what the ancient Greek populations used to call panic) fills my heart...

Wow, 1983 It's so neat to see that nature still held it's beautiful, beautiful ways back then as it does today infact. The fog/cloud surrounding the mountains is outstanding, and really just... it brings a special touch to this. The quality of the actual photo is excellent

Bella!!

Grazie per i due favoriti, apprezzo molto!
