Al Preuss, nel sottotetto, ho dormito la prima volta con una ragazza...
il giorno dopo abbiamo fatto la normale di tutte 3 le Vajolet.
Vecchio scarpone quanto tempo Γ¨ passato, quante gioie e dolor...

E' bello avere ricordi,quando poi sono di questo tipo sono ancora piΓΉ belli!
Quando ho visto le Vajolet la prima volta avevo ormai 57 anni e non arrampicavo piΓΉ da trenta anni: mi sono rimaste solo nei sogni proibiti! Questi versi li ho scritti qualche anno fa.
DELAGO
Stagliato nel cielo di Vajolet
dritto, bianco, affilato
come lama di Toledo,
arabesco di roccia sottile
come vetro di Murano,
inespresso desiderio di un sogno
ormai negato alla realtΓ
dinanzi a me si alza irraggiungibile
lo Spigolo della Delago.
Ogni volta che vedo una fotografia delle Vajolet mi rivedo come quel lontano giorno del 1983 con il cuore in tumulto e gli occhi pieni di lacrime come mi era successo due anni prima davanti alle Nord delle Lavaredo!!

E chi non ne ha? Io mi trovo oggi, come te qualche anno fa, davanti alle Vajolet o alle Lavaredo. Da piangere, ma la nostra parte la abbiamo fatta ed Γ¨ giusto esserne contenti e ringraziare che tutto Γ¨ andato bene, anche quando abbiamo abusato del nostro Angelo custode, non credi?

Grazie Livia! Sono lieto che ti piaccia! Ora non è più così: hanno ricostruito il vecchio Rifugio ma per fortuna hanno conservato la bella cuspide originale, all'ombra della quale agli inizi del 1900 Tita Piaz e Paul Preuss litigavano sulla questione "chiodo sì,chiodo no"!
