Very cute little bird. I'm curious, are Kestrels kind of finicky and nervous or are they bold animals? My mom once rehabilitated one that broke her beak, and she was fierce as anything; she liked to pounce on people's toes and land in their hair.

It depends on the bird, but for the most part, they can be pretty bold. They are neat little birds.
