ok so i revised it cause there were notes sayign of this and that, plus i personally felt the flame was not up to standard, so, with this revised pic, i decided to try sum new flame blends, i think it worke dout pretty well, on certain parts the flame looks almost anime liek while still "real" enough to blend with fotography, at i think lol, enjoy, also a side note:
FULL VIEW TO SEE THE DETAILS OF THE FLAME, ITS WORTH IT SO STOP COMPLAINING!!!

I think the only thing that could make this better if you added hints of blue to the hottest parts, like near the base of the blast (ie the hand), and if there was a heat-waver just above the flames like there's actually heat coming off of it. Other than that, this is awesome.

yeah i agree witht he heat waves, i didnt start doign that till the most recent flames pics lol, i never thogut abotu it to ttell you the truth, as for the blue, thats definetly not an option seeing as how the flame thorwer is not a fuel based flame thorwer, also the blue flame aka the azure flam eis in its own categlory

ah....well, the blue I was talking about isn't from fuel, flames (aside from what's burning), the temperature determines color, and blues and whites are the hottest (and concentrated the most at the source, usually). X3;;

oh that much i know, but a blue flame is actually not natural at all, if you tried burngin a flam eot get it blue you will only be able to get it from a fine burning fuel, most fires unless burnign frome a chemical will burn the typical red/yellow/orange/ thgough its colors really is determing by tthe ammoutn of eneergy the fuel outputs, in my case, theres no fuel

ah. =o so thats why matches are only blue at the bottom, because it's purer there than where the rest of the flame is or something....or a bunsen burner. those were fun, I melted pens over those. X3

really? i had never seen a blue match before to tllyou the truth, i know if you burn a pen thoguh or most plastice you get a blue flame or atleast blusish, but its pretty toxic, and much deepe rin color then the typial ggas brunign flames

the matches I get, and most flames I've ever seen in general, are usually yellow flames with blue bottoms and red tips.

umm, just most matches in general. It's when you first strike them, and it's only at the bottom of the flame.

I didn't see the original version, but this one is pretty impressive, like most of your gallery seems to be. Love that strip of flame crossing his chest- really makes it seem that the fire is under his control, if his body language wasn't enough.

So now that I had this physically in front of me, and I've truly looked at it, I noticed something. Did you by chance do something to the wood above your head? Because it looks a bit off compared to the rest. Kinda, oddly enough, like it was oil painted or just painted in general into the image. Is there anything to that or am I just imagining it?

actually its not even wood, its liek bricks or cement or sumtin, the paint is just coming off, and yes i did do sumtin but not to the wall, tothe sky behind it, it was so plainand empty almost that i attempted to fill it in with sum clouds, i really should redo this pic

I really love it, the details of the fire are superb and it really looks like it's coming out of the hand so you did a very good job. Only thing is near the shoulder it looks a bit off, but it still looks natural ^_^

thats cause i didnt change th eblend mode, in order to make the fire show on top of my shirt i had to switch i tto normal after i cut it out of the main fire llayer, i guess i got lazy lol
