fuh , finaly I can rest a little
, this one tooked a lot of my spare time and my mental energy, I thought i will kill my lop top when photoshop started working slower and slower with every hour I spended on this art but for some reason it is still alive 
surrealistic mecha in the battle , battle for the planet Earth
done in Photoshop CS2 + little of my imagination

The texture and forms on this are amazing!! Especially on the robotic figure itself, you can really see the way it's parts pop out in space and the way it looks rusted but still metallic.

Looks like he already won. The title of the artwork I would suspect would be his nickname and from the looks of the barren battle field, seems to me like he already did a smashing good job of destroying that land. lol
Any way, the artwork has a very surreal feeling to it and I love how you captured your light source spot on. Something I always seem to have trouble with... but still a very good job indeed.

Very cool concept, interesting color choices. The shading on the body is a little off, but not too badly. The sky detail is fantastic. The ground is a little blurry. Maybe if you used a hard brush to add some of the details it would look better.
