Wow, I am amazed at your improvement from part 1 of this chapter and part 2! The colouring and shading is wonderful, the composition is dynamic and the lighting is pretty fantastic! You know this actually made me try watching Doctor Who. Jeez is that the most low budget show I've ever seen. I mean I could understand the earlier stuff in the black-white era of television, but damn it's the most popular show in the world ain't it? Throw some more believable special effects in there already.
A single episode of Stargate had more effects than an entire season of Doctor Who. >>

Well, its waaay better than Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. BTW, you did see the 50th anniversary, right? The effects were amazing! I did have to see through tears though. Good old tenth doctor,i love you so much!

Bah, the show is boring. They should get some hotblooded badass as the lead role, not some clown who doesn't even fight. Only the British would have their idea of a 'badass' be some wimp who waves around a wand and autowins.

This is true. However, I think it has more to do with the characters. How (Even though I hate her) Rose's life was changed, what it was changed into, and how even though she travels with this mysterious man for so long, she has no idea who he is.
Or the Doctor himself. No matter what regeneration he takes, he always has one thing in common. He hates himself. In an episode called 'Amy's Choice' this was proven. He hates and despises himself.
Or perhaps it's popular because of the plot. How intricate it becomes. Sure, there are one or two plotholes, but they do their best.

Also, i think it all has to do with his aesthetic persona. That goes for the companions he keeps, too.

I think what makes it so speciaal is the connection we whovians make with the doctor and how much we (or at least I) sympathize with him. I grew a huge liking to the 10th doctor, and when he left, i didnt want him to go! Each of his different selves has a new personality that the audience connects with, and I think thats what makes the show so special.

Cuz whenever the Doctor regenerates there's a period of time where he can't do much. 10th was sleeping halfway thru his first epis. 11's TARDIS and Sonic were damaged. 12th temporarily forgot how to steer the TARDIS and his conscience was on and off for few days
