when i saw this cloud coming upon the river, it reminds me the Tom York solo album cover and i decided immediatly at the title : the eraser because this cloud really scared me when everything became dark and cold around me : everything was so surreal, different in few seconds ...

Perhaps it wasnt intentional but I like how you composed this with the horizon of the buildings kinda tilting to the left. It makes it look quite dramatic.

you are right it was't intentional at all ( and often i dislike when skyline isn't perfectly horizontal and when verticals lines are not vertical ) but this time i like the effect it gives too the picture: it's like if the cloud was so big and heavy that the world crashed.
but in fact i didn't get time for viewing properly into the viewfinder because the cloud came too speed

it's a scan from the negative ( not a scan from a print )
it was a strange feeling to see this cloud and fog coming upon the town
i don't know how to say, how to explain but this place is very high in the town and there's maybe hundred meters between this place and the river...

Oui en effet et celui ci particulièrement é.pais ( la place Bellevue est un des points les plus hauts de Lyon ) et le brouillard ce jour là était vraiment dense à masquer complètement la ville en plus il est arrivé à toute vitesse comme un immense mur...

thanks but it isn't paper : it's a scann from the negative. and what you like is the start of the roll ( and it's why i didn't crop it on this one for the moment, but i will edit this picture)
these pieces of roll inspire me a lot actually, and i am working on them for a new project but i am not sure to find the solution how to use them properly
