If Italy is one the winning side it should have Corsica. That's way more important from an Italian patriotic view compared to Tunisia.

FINALLY a map that ACCURATELY represents what Ukraine would have looked like if it separated from Russia. Ukraine never had much influence over it's eastern regions they always were under Russia. Same goes with Crimea. great work!

The Hungarians controlled that land before WWI, which didn't happen ITTL. And seeing as how Hungary and Romania fought alongside one another during TTL's Great War (or so I think), they would have no way of taking Transylvania back. AFAIK, you should be happy that they got Bessarabia.

Only nitpick I have at the moment is Finland not getting Petsamo. I also do wonder at Turkey not restoring its border in the northeast during the general defeat of the Russian Empire, given that they did so historically. I suppose all will be explained in the epilogue, though.

Why would Finland get Petsamo? IOTL it was traded by the Soviets for a part of Karelia. ITTL Finland was set up as an independent nation by the Tsar in order to avoid having to control the place, and as such no such deal would be made.

I am more pleased by this map than I expected. It is good you did not try to create Greater Poland and Greater Ukraine at the cost of Russia and a crippled Serbia.
The subdivision of the UK did surprised me. I thought the British Islands or at least Britain will remain an unitary state.
Two suggestions:
After a major modern war against Germany the Czar Vladimir's administration would certainly rename St. Petersburg into Petrograd or something similar.
Liechtenstein would definitely become a part of the German Empire if Habsburg Austria join the German Empire.

Liechtenstein was more in the Swiss orbit than the Austrian. HEck, when Ausria-Hungary broke up Voralburg voted to join Swizterland.
