Over all I think it's great. My only suggestions would be make the hands a tiny bit smaller. Generally your hand is the size of your face. I would bring the tie up higher and have it curve under the forearm and cross under and out towards where your signature is. As it is right now it follows the contour of his arm too much and looks like an afterthought. The last thing is the collar bone that's visible under the shirt should be straight across. It doesn't curve. Other than those things, the overall construction of the head and body is very good!

I love this piece of art, you have very nice lines, the art style is awesome!
the expression of determination is well drawn and clearly expresses the mental attitude of the character. The simple solid shadows work well with the simplified animation style and add depth and weight to the piece.
my one suggestion would be to push the pose a bit more, I only note the issue with the pose as I struggle with this in my own art and have spent much time trying to remedy my own flaws in this respect.
Overall, this piece is extremely well executed, in my humble opinion.
