Hey, thanks a lot for the critique. I'm perfectly agree with everything. I also will take in consideration your recomendations on my next designs. Talking about the pixel fonts, I know they are outdated, but for my-self they fit perfectly with the footer bar and as you can see I love small fonts. I think I have more one reason to the useage of small fonts. I design with an old 17'' CRT. Is quite difficult design with it, and the designs can look even small, specialy when the visitor see it on a wide-screen monitor. Anyway, thanks again, I'm very glad you liked my work.

I aligned the boxes and reduced the headlines font-size. I think is fine now.

The overall layout and design is very calm, I ilke that.
You might want to match the glossy menubar to the rest of the site. I could imagine an eggshell surface or something matt like that. Also you could give the menubar a shadow or embedd in the backgrounf to integrate it more into the site. Right now it feels a little apart from the rest.
I'm a really big fan of the icons you used. Pictograms rock! Have you tried a bigger font? This small font gives it a crisp and form expression but is not very readable. Since you are theming a Wordpress-System you shoud focus a little on readabiltiy.

Beautiful design, lovely colors. Very clean and well balanced, I like that. I adore the little clickable icons, very neat!
If anything then perhaps the first box could be higher so there would be space for a larger image...just to balance off all the text below...maybe by shortening the height of the bottom boxes. The header might benefit from enlarging the font a little too. Are you aware of that typo in "favorite posts"...it should be "most read." e.deviantart.com/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
I also love that the different boxes stand out so subtle by us of nuances in the background colors...it just doesn't shout at you but is easy on the eye and still separates them from each other. Good job indeed!

Composition on this is great, I like how balanced everything feels. Some might argue that such small text can be rather unreadable, especially for a site that has so much content, but I rather like it the way it is.
I love how there is just enough color to catch your attention, but not so much that the different sections of the layout would be competing with each other. My eyes seem to glide over the content very organically, and not in any forced way. It makes it so that I can't miss anything while reading, yet somehow I don't really lose focus either (which would be bothersome).

I love the positioning.
And i think, your glossy effect is very soft.
I like it the most.
But i don't really like the grey bar at the top and bottom of the page.
