Aw, you guessed it right! The customer wanted Ichigo's mask, but I said that I didn't want to steal or copy someone's ideas.

Precicely why I thought it looked inspired by Bleach.  If not Ichigo's mask, either a hollow, or Ichigo in hollow form.
