Made this a while ago while sketching out more Tokio concept designs. I decided that I need to find a color scheme for her, so I worked a few different palettes before settling on this (at least for now). I figured she'd wear a "Shinsengumi blue" and yellow (I read somewhere that yellow is/was the color of Aizu han/prefecture... or it was, don't know if it still is).
