yeah, the game does not give a visual description so i came up with this idea because one of the abilities of this cloak is to disarm enemies... that and that is made of silverlike light as cloth metal.

Yeah I know what you mean. But my DM didn't miss on the fluffy stuff. Well, that is, before he kicked me out. Jerk kept scheduling it the day of so I'd already had things planned.

i would have kicking HIM out, that is disrespectful to the players time avaibility.

Well you see, he's like king of the geeks. He made sure everyone there was under his thumb. One of the members have been his friend since they were kindergarten. Then there was two that were from a younger grade. And to make things worse, they were all in band. Me, being the dependent thing that I am, filled my time when I found it available.

xD, i had a similar problem, but is about commitment. We group together one day of the week, i don t care if they don t go, but i do care if they are late, at least when i m not the DM. WHen i m the DM i can roll with to players, but when someone else is the dm he wonΒ΄t start session unless there are at least 4. and they tend to arrive like 1 to 3 hours late.

KaydenM In reply to Eester-Naissen [2011-08-17 00:14:08 +0000 UTC]

Yeah there was no waiting for anyone. I would have track so I'd have to arrive late some days. If you were late at the beginning of a mission you were missing until you arrived. If you were in the middle of a battle when you last left off, you either were knocked out or not discussed.

and he was a hazardous player as well, beign the only lawful good aligned in a party wher mostly are chaotic neutral and evils.... and for some strange reason he ended springing all the traps and more than once almost kill his own party.

Uh, well. Those are definitely conflicting interests though.

aside from conflicting interest: casting spells that hurts anything not good aligned, touching suspiciously looking statues before the thief checks if its ok, running amok in the battlefield ruining the tactics that had put the batlle in our favor, imprundently AoE spells near the party... sigh...

yeah, the party ended mobbing on him, until he proved himself worthy, the player took too personal and stopped going. I told him "sry, if it sounded like i was mad at you, it infuriated me a little, but that's all; my character doesn't hate your character, he has treated with worst mannered people, and three divas, barked at each other, and still he kept them safe because they where worth their weight, you need to show off in battle for my character to start respecting you, that's all" yeah, that was, after he ran to my character who was giving orders in battle to keep the enemies off, followed by a horde of kamikazee statues........ sigh, and i think i was too kind, it took us a lot of time to regain turn the tides to our favor again >_>U!

I was always the tide turner normally. I was always Lawful Neutral. Loved to play both sides but was truly good.

i never could go lawful, and i never worked well as evil. I m either neutral good, chaotic good or chaotic neutral. : x

Very nice. I like how his cloak is just another hand.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Eester-Naissen In reply to DoASpotCheck [2011-04-08 00:41:16 +0000 UTC]

thankyou for the favorite. It was hard to figure out at first, the game don't give an actual image description of the cloak.

So if its special effect was to disarm enemies, i thought a hand would be nice and funny xd.
