Description I decided to make another tutorial.. here it is!!
Some notes down below.

For this tutorial you will need at least a basic understanding of Photoshop, GIMP or another editing program (in my case Pixelmator). This is NOT a beginner tutorial although certain elements might be helpful to beginners.

Deviants with good (stock)photos:

(This is a beautiful model, don't use pictures for photomanipulation, just as an example for poses)

one question
When you pass from the sketch to the lineart, how did you do the lines
with paths using the pen tool?
or just drawing them with the digital table?

I do everything with my drawing tablet, i had put the photo into my editing program, put a blank layer underneath the drawing (that i had set to about 50% opacity) and one layer on top of it on which i traced the lines of my sketch, then i got rid of the photo and i was left with the second picture as you see it, a pretty clean line-art.

It's really easy.. you just start with a medium color and make a big circle and go lighter and smaller towards the middle.. ta-daaa.. you now have glowy lights

I saw I was mentioned in this, and I just wanted to say that unfortunately I actually don't have any stock images and none of my photos are available to be used as such. :/

Oh i'm sorry, i didn't mean for photomanipulation or anything.. But you have really nice poses in your pictures and i wouldn't recommend anyone use it in any other way then to just draw you. I don't think anyone could claim a specific pose and that's really the only use i get out of it.
I'll change it in the description.

(Personally i don't like it when people use photomanipulation by using other people's pictures btw)

Thank you for changing the description. I've had some problems in the past with people thinking my images are stock, and it causes a lot of problems with the copyright holder and such. I have no problem with people using my images for traditional art though. (Well, most of them, some of the photographers have specifically asked that their work not be used.) There are some amazing artists out there, and I love seeing what they come up with.

I totally understand, it's absolutely not cool to use someone's pictures without permission, i made a new friend last year who didn't know about my art and when i had send him a link to my deviant-art he said he had been using some of my pictures for school projects.. that kind of shocked me as well. I think people should only use artistic photos and pictures of models purely as a reference in the way that you either only copy the pose or use part of the concept or colors in the pictures, just taking one element from it as an inspiration for your own piece.
