This would probably me if I was a trainer. As you can see I was a little bored so I decided to make sprites like this.

Name: Katinia
Gender: Female
Type of Trainer: Coordinator
Other careers: Baker and Ex-Team Magma Member.
Coordinator: Mainly Coordinator since her main goal is to obtain all ribbons around the regions while exploring the world.
Baker: Katinia discover this talent when she was young and saw how most sweets were made. She began to bake them herself and realized it was useful to the fact she didn't had to buy healing items that much anymore. Katinia loves baking and making snacks also healing sweets for her Pokemon.
Ex-Team Magma member- This was to the fact that her sister is in a career(is unknown what career it is) where she is chasing after team magma. So Katinia went after team Magma herself but ended up getting herself recruited because one of her friends was a member and she wanted to get her out of this place. Also her main ideals were to trash their plans without them noticing as well but never worked as it seemed it helped them to their goals.
