Now is when I write the stats and all that stuff :V
Since it's a glider pokemon, it must be pretty fast, since well, gliding is fast if you go downards and then go a little upwards and... I don't know how to explain myself :V, so prob 120 or more
A little detail, there were no ablilities in gen 2, so thats off the table, and regarding gen 2, if you wanted this to be a viable pokemon, it should be a special attacker, since in that gen grass and flying were both Special types, but if you are using nowaday's move split (and ablilities), it should without a doubt be a physical attacker, since ya know, healing from moves is cool, it doesnt seem to be really bulky, so I would give it mediocre Defenses and HP, and as for the moves, maybe some more flying attacks like for example Sky attack or acrobatics, which both fit in the concept of gliding, and also agility for the gliding speed boost (which btw, speed boost would be an interesting ablility too, even if well... starters just have the normal and hidden ablility, but maybe an exception could be done for the sake of it), and your average bat stuff, like for example supersonic for that sweet sound confusion.

Grass is my favorite type in general, and as a second it's probably ghost. I do know that there were no ablities in gen 2, I have played Gold before to know that, I add them to the descriptions for fun honestly, and to tell what ability they could have if they were in gens with abilities. If I was making a ROM hacking then yes I'd add the Physical/Special split so it would be a physical attacker. I find it a bit weird that a speed suggestion from you is 120 for a mid stage, I think 80 or 70 would be more fitting, and yeah it is a fast one. I should have added those moves to it's move pool but I was actually typing the description up before going to bed, so I wasn't able to add acrobatics which would definitely fit. Thanks for the long comment, I do enjoy reading one of these to be honest.
