At last I drew something! Let's say it's to celebrate Earthbound Beginnings on WiiU, because I I wanted to draw something when it was released but didn't.I really just wanted to colour Ninten's red socks..

The blue lighting was actually an experiment, I wasn't even sure if it would look good... But seems that it was worth trying :3

It was asuccessfull experiment to say the least.
I tried the same in my latest upload and as long as the shading is done in a warmen tone of colour, it looks really nice I think. c:

I actually started playing MOTHER today because I didn't want to finish Earthbound and MOTHER3 yet... XD But when I get a WiiU I'll definitely get it (if it will be still possible...) because I'd prefer official localization to fan translation.
And hey, you praise my colouring so much but I've seen your last Lucas drawing and its colours are beautiful, I wanted to comment it but I'm always empty-headed when it comes to commenting art x_x

I've only ever played it once, and haven't finished it ;_; (26th anniversary is coming up, thoughhhhh) I have only ever finished Earthbound... :/ I need to sit down and just finish 1 and 3 ;----; I understand liking the official translation over a fan translation, but it doesn't matter too much to me, it gets the point across as to what's happening. :3 (I've heard they're also localizing Mother 3 oh my gosh cries)

The fan translations aren't bad, especially MOTHER3. Although I'm pretty sure anything about it being localized is just a rumor, I'm a bit anxious about how they'll do it, if they do. I mean, this game can be thought of controversial in some moments and is pretty depressing too.. I hope they won't make any drastic changes to its plot or dialogue because of that..
Haha, getting out of my comfort zone is something I just can't do.. Actually, I tried to do something different with colours on this Ninten too, but it looked so shitty I deleted it and started colouring from scratch in my normal style
But seriously when I first saw the preview of your drawing I thought it was my brother's because of these pink hues, haha (he tends to like them). But it just shows you did great on it

Tbh, it was some of Ed's work that had inspired a bit of that piece~ I had never realized what wonders pink/purple hues could do to a drawing. ;-; Thank you once again, though... (Internal crying)
I just need to learn how to properly point out good things about a piece without sounding weird... It's a lot more difficult than I had ever thought... I just want to let an artist know my appreciation for their amazing work :/
