From ~KingSimba 's post above, the story goes like this: "We were playing Lion King twister. Stu was spinning the spinner which determined which colour you had to touch. There were 4 sections in different colours, one green, one blue, one orange and one... creameh. There were pictures of each character's heads in there, and when it landed on Nala in the creamy section, Stu said 'creameh Nala' and it went from there really."
And then we thought it kind of sounded like a drink, thus I was told I had to draw this, so I did
