Commision for of the former anthro supervillain Saurus.I have probably drawn more pics of Saurus than any other character besides my Zodiac. Ashki is almost laying out a story for him with sporadic pictures of certain points in his life.
Saurus was a former supervillain who was defeated by Aries. In the Zodiac story, villains with powers are sent to cells where they are held in suspended animation and forced to listen to endless tapes that try to teach them morals and laws. They don't work so much but the experience is horrific.
Once Saurus gets out he almost goes right back into his old habits but something about the fight makes him stop and think. So, he goes back and tries to go through his program out of prison which involves working a mundane job of some sort to learn how to function like a regular person.
Saurus' boss here is difficult to the extreme. I was going to draw him as a bulldog or something considered ugly and nasty at first but I thought twice about it. It seems like anthro racism y'know? Like, if I want a sneaky, evil character he must of course be a snake; and all female foxes are just naturally in perfect physical condition and beautiful. The fact that Saurus was a villain and is a bad guy is also and example though he is working against that stereotype. Stuff like that. So, I decided not base the fact that I wanted him to appear to be a jerk to have anything to do with his race. and made him a pony.
Regardless, Saurus is having a really tough day on the job and is allowing himself a brief daydream while his boss caterwauls on.

LAUGH! I can totally relate. Ah, the "squeezing-your-supervisor's-head-until-it-pops-like-a-balloon" fantasy, yes! Hang in there, big guy, the pay check makes it all worthwhile.

Whoa. :-D Yeah, I can't blame Saurus for getting upset. If that boss doesn't watch it, he might end up in a homage to a certain scene from "the Incredibles" (where Bob/Mister Incredible grabbed his at-that-point-former boss and threw him through several walls). :-D
Anyway, awesome job on the artwork and emotion showing as usual.

The big guys trying to walk the straight and narrow and this sawed off runts just begging to have a mud hole stomped in his ass and walked dry.
