King is childish, to say the very least, oblivious and gullible, as well as immature. They are a follower, more than they are a leader, they mostly look up to older people or those who act somewhat like a parent, giving them a sense of security. They have a slight "Royalty Complex", believing to an extent that they are royalty, and deserve to be treated as so. King doesn't think for themselves much, and instead of coming up with their own ideas, they'd rather follow others ideas.
They think somewhat lowly of themselves, but have a huge ego to cover their insecurity, but rather than that, they are very happy-go-lucky and easy to please and are very easy to make friends with, and they love friends as well! They are very hard to make upset, but when they are, the company of their friends will definitely cheer them up!
King can be pretty chaotic sometimes can can be a lot to handle! They don't really learn from their mistakes and will snoop into everything! They make messes and lot (especially when it comes to trying to find food....) and always want to play! This can make them come off as annoying, but all they really want is to have fun!

Taemin took a deep breath of the morning air, ready for the adventure that awaited him. Today was the day, the day he would set out for his adventure. He had stayed at a friends house for the night, wanting to set out in the early morning, which was unlike him. Grabbing two Pokeballs out of his bag, he called out his only two Pokemon, (for now) Egg the Beldum and Tater Tot (Tot for short) the Torchic, who was given to Taemin as a gift from Professor Larix. "Egg, Tot," He grinned, leaning down to speak face to face with them, "Are you ready? Today is the day we explore the Borealis region!" He said, jumping up and pumping a fist in the air. Egg flipped in joy and Tot jumped and squeaked.
"Lets go!" He called, walking ahead of him. The day before he prepared everything he needed, pokeballs, potions, berries, anything a new trainer would need! He walked towards a sign, a sign he's been waiting to see since the day he got here. "Route 601," He read, putting his hands on his hips. He looked back at his companions, "Once we step across this sign we'll officially be trainers!" He paused, "Kinda! I mean we'll be out of this town!" He corrected himself. He took a deep breath and stepped towards the opposite side, as if he were expecting to be bombarded with wild pokemon and trainers that very second. "Well! This is when our adventure truly begins!" He said, turning around towards his party.

• The purple on their arms and legs aren't actually stockings and gloves; they're markings on their skin!
• They have one floppy ear and one pointed ear
• They have a floating crown! It's possible the triangle on their cheek and their crown are linked somehow!
• They can levitate, only a few feet off the ground, however.
• King says they have magic, but its really not confirmed. Their gauntlets can appear out of thin air if they touch the triangle on their cheek, however!
• Their blood is purple, so when they blush, their cheeks turn purple!
• Their favorite food is breaded catfish fillets!
• Their eyes seem black, but in the sunlight, they're really just a very dark purple!
• There is a rumor that King Kat is actually a dog...!
• Was supposed to be a king.
