This is really good. The old houses blending into the more modern ones. The cichΓ©e scythe and raven yet a modern fantasy figure, very well done indeed. You really deserved al those favs! My only suggestion ffor improvement would be some subtle colours. To make the face stand out less. Some mildy greenish tree, some illuminated window, just a few small things in colours other than shades of blue or black.

yes - I like this composition, Kamrusepas. I feel you have managed to chose the right kind of elements, as well selecting the correct colorpalette for this piece. What I first noticed is the hair of the character. You have done a great job in creating the sense of wind blowing and mergin the hair into the background. Very good job there indeed! Secondly - you have made a good selection of a background. This picture is both haunting and mysterious. And all thanks to the choice of colours. Heh - and this is one of the places where your scythe fetish actually works very well. Including a cranky raven to complete the image.
I have actually only two things I would like to put my finger on in this picture; I believe the face could have had a bluer tone to it - perhaps also with less saturation - and perhaps with a little bit more contrast. But I realize you decided to go this route to make her stand more out towards the background. The other - and perhaps most serious gripe I have with this picture is the lack of shadow from the character. I really miss it here - otherwise I think this piece would have been, if not perfect, so at least very close to it.
To sum it all up: You have really managed to create something exciting and impressive here, Kamrusepas. I am impressed!
