This is most lovely. I was picking through your gallery trying to decide on a particular piece to comment on, just 'cause I don't have a ton of time and I wanted to stop by and leave a mar on your page with my words. Well, this particular piece just kinda jumped out at me and, saddly enough, it has nothing to do with the message or the sweetness of the picture, simply the art itself. I'm really not going to even bother trying to cover up that fact.
You really have a most amusing style -- honestly I was looking at your work and thinking it's an odd cross between almost sickenly sweet chibi art and realism, which seems like a massive contradiction, and it works for you. There's so much variation and such amazing talent behind it that you sit there staring at the art trying to figure out how to explain what you're thinking. Like this rambling I'm doing riiight now, words are not forming coherent sentences.
I suppose what I'm saying is that your art is precious, it's vibrant and happy (mostly) and very eye catching yet you aren't losing anything in that like some artists do (I find some artists focus almost to much on the colour and the cuteness and you kinda sit there looking at it thinking they have a lot of talent but they're not exercising it enough) -- you've found the medium between them that allows your talent to shine while still being fun about it all. I hope that makes sense, though I'm not sure it does. All in all, I'm definitely watching you.
