its the background on all my devices, (two) but its just fantastic. love the way the buildings curve in the refection, and how portrait emphasizes a character vaguely familiar yet not completely explored. its an imagination wonder. great colours, and it stays friendly even though the picture isn't very bright colour wise.
if this seems illogical, that's my fault, not very good with words.

Hi. Burn/dodge tool i did not use in this work. Just layer options: multiply, screen (or lighten), overlay, color... and brush tool
