I get it.  Joker has plans that involve another woman, Harley gets Jealous, hijinks ensue, Batman angsts (well, he does that anyway). 

I have to admit, the idea of Bats working with that mallet-wielding Juggalette gives me all kinds of grins, just because he'd hate it.  SO.  MUCH.  And she's bright enough to stay one jump ahead of him for just long enough at a time to make it believable.

I am so not down with Juggalette Harley. There is one Harley and that is Bruce Timm's original design.

Yeah, I think Juggalette Harley is kind of abominable too, in terms of character development.  You can take Dr. Quinn in a bunch of much more interesting directions than that.

But, from Bats' point of view, no matter how smart Dr. Quinn is she'll always be something of a moronic, dangerous, juvenile delinquent for crushing on the Joker.  And that's where his point of view about working with her would come from.

But seriously a team up between them both is like mixing water and oil... but i think the Paul Dini series did so in one episode now that i think of it.
