I did not build this piece. This was Quantum Entanglement Props' first casting, which I bought to help support one of my fellow proppers.
Got in on a pre-order, of which he serialized the first run. Got myself serial number 0002! B)
This was simply a paint and finishing job. All in all very happy with how it came out, even though I still got a lot of flash glare on the paint (despite using a matte finish clear coat).
So I'm no expert photographer yet. I was not sure how to do the grip wrap, but it came out not too badly. It is an iron-on fabric tape stained with coffee grinds.
