Psst.

EK Success Brands sells gold beads. They're somewhat translucent, so your mileage may vary.

That said, this is inspired. May I ask, how did you attach the layers to one another? I know that some use glue, and others use interlocking bead systems.

I know they sell gold beads. I used them to make the Triforce. Some of the figures I've been putting up are more or less some tests. Just to see how they would look. The "too bad it isn't gold" bit was actually me trying to make a joke, wishing it was real money. I may go back and make it gold even though this looks like the actually colors used in the game.

I use super glue to attach each layer together. I've seen how some people have done interlocking beads, but personally I don't like that. That leaves the creations too hollow in the middle. While I only have one right now that is hollow, it still has 4 layers of beads before you even reach the hollow portion.

Well, leave it to me to not notice an obvious joke! Sorry about that. I actually dig the color scheme you have now, as it is crazy accurate.

It's ok! And thanks! I try to keep it as close as possible. Keep an eye out though. I'll have plenty more figures coming out!
