Hey folks!

I come bearing gifts. A new ASOIAF pic.

Here were have Khal Drogo of the Dothraki, husband to Daenerys.

Words really cant express how I miss this character! If I could bring back anyone into the books it would be him. I loved him and Dany and would have loved to see them continue together. Of course it wasnt meant to be and Dany would probably not be on the journey she is now. His absence makes her even stronger. Even though it still pisses me off and made me cry. He had a pretty pathetic end for such a strong warrior.

Anways, this took a loooooong time. Was working pretty steadily on it then RL got in the way and had to take a weeks break from it. All the fiddly details took longer than I wouldve liked but never the less I like the result.

To be clear, I have yet to see the TV Series (want to get the remaining books read first) but Jason Momoa who played Drogo is pretty damn perfect to me so I used his face as a reference.

I also included his arakh, which I know is described as a sycth type of weapon but I went with a heavy crooked mallet type thing made of metal. And I put horse motifs on his belt, cuz it wouldnt be Dothraki without a horse somewhere.

ETA:Ive changed the image file I dont know how many times. If anyone has any tips on a good saving format for a nice display in dA I would REALLY appreciated it. Ive a feeling theres a combo Im missing.
