Today is the birthday of a long-time favorite from Pop'n Music, Nico!
This year, I thought I would draw him in a brand new cartoon style of mine, with cleaner shading and thicker lineart. Nico is one of my all-time favorite Pop'n Music characters, and he's such a precious boy! I love his pure personality and looks! The cartoon style was inspired by rhythm games such as Pop'n Music and Paca Paca Passion. I wasn't sure what kind of eyes would suit the cartoon style the most, though, but I did my best. Anyways, I hope Nico had a great birthday today!
