This is so fantastically striking. I like the way his skin tone and eye/hair colors, plus the circle on his neck kind of give him an undead sort of feeling. I like the scariness, though I'm also unfarmilliar with this character.

Maybe it's not such a bad thing..I mean a lot of Bleach characters have their struggles, and though I don't know many of them, there's a good possibility this one had some kind of troubled past. I mean I look into his eyes and I see a haunting sadness..So I don't think you should remove it..
