To be honest it doesn't take me as long as a gap between updates to draw something like this. With the summer I've just been more sluggish than usual, plus I haven't been sleeping well lately. I still really like art, it's just difficult to find motivation.
I decided to upload this because, well, though I haven't seen PMMM in ages, I wanted to lift something out of my WIPs folder! I like the way her hair turned out.

This is really nice! I always love seeing some PMMM fanart 'u' Do you add some kind of filter or effect? It looks kind of 3D-ish (popping out? Idk xD).
And anime characters usually look really weird when drawn in realistic style (mostly bc they butcher the design and face) but I think you did a really good job making the conversion and she looks very natural. Plus I think you're good at realism (or semi-realism or what have you) so kudos to you! :3 And I agree the hair came out very nicely <3

It's terrible isn't it? It's so hard to break out of that endless cycle, and once you kind of do, you relapse ;____;

I get that for some reason I'm better at painting in the semi-realism style, maybe because I discovered the anime art scene late. I push myself to expand into other.. erm more abstract, illustrative? styles but I always end up shading a notch realistically.
It's like WHY CAN'T I CONTROL MY MUSCLES -______- orz

Well I think that's a good thing. I have no idea what you're doing with your life, but if you decide to go into an art school, they probably won't pick on you as much if they don't see anything anime-style xDD I still think you're very talented for your age

Yeah, I like the way her hair turned out too! I love the wind and the movement. The grey and the purple go together wonderfully. Keep up the great artwork!
