I gotta say that your anatomy drawing is improving,your colour sense is pretty much balanced too,the left leg could use a bit of improvement cause it looks a bit fat e.deviantart.net/emoticons/a/a… " width="19" height="19" alt="
the ears look pretty cute,but it'd be better if you practice some ear drawings =w= there's a difference between neko caps and neko ears =w=
i like how you did the bow too,on the tail >.> but it looks a bit stiff,it'd be better if you did a natural flowy effect <.<
and try to work more on backgrounds >.>
when you make an artwork,think it this way,that it's gonna be your best artwork ever,and give it all your effort,and when you make another artwork,believe you can do even better than the previous one,trust me,i regret not doing my artworks with full effort,when you actually do it with effort,you'll improve quicker, i know you did environment painting before,but give your full effort on each and every artwork you make,and it'll gradually become easier for you

u are right in ear part i should practice more @.@ but thank god i have improved there in back old days it was really hard to draw ears for me Q.Q
if u are talking about same color as hair then i will say i colored it like this cause i love this style XP
n about bow thingy i drawn that kinda bow myself XP i kinda love edgy folds @.@"" but i still keep experimenting with this 
i don't draw background cause i am not good into this yet . even now i was practicing on it XP so don't want to ruin my artwork with it XD

This looks great! But I suggest you use stronger colours for shading next time. The shades on the hair, eyes, shoes, tail and the skin are almost non-existent. It felt daunting for me when I tried darker colours for shading, but I then realized, that using more standout colours for the shade add a pop to the art.
Try it out next time. ^^

i used to throw a lot of bright color but now i have developed this style of using light n soft colors if u see my new anime drawing u will notice a certain color pallet :3
