First foray into taking night shots, on a recent trip to london, and though they are far from perfect, I was really pleased with the results All are 3 or more exposures merged in photomatix. No HDR cause I've got no patience to try and get it to work.

We did There was a clipper coming up the river just as we had got off the river taxi thing and were walking down the front edge of the tower. Was fab I didn't get to cross it though. Next time I will though

Awesome.. it is a dream of my friend, I was with. To see the bridge going up.. but since nothing huge was coming our way, we went inside to see the museum thingie and the view at the top
Once you'll be there.. you'll have awesome photos I've got few too

I wish I could fave these all a hundred times over, though stupid DA doesn't understand my furious repeated clicking....

I love them all.. I don't understand how they are not HDR though if it is merged in photomatrix...

Course I'm dense and still have so much to learn about photography... Come on October and Janurary!!!!!

Not too much longer sweetness! As for photomatix, I use the merge exposures, rather than the HDR option. Not sure if there is a big difference, but my shots deffo don't look like Bri's so I must have done something wrong lol

lol a page full of drooling isn't such a bad thing.. would rather you came over here and drooled over the real thing though lol then I can pass you a tissue

YIPPEE!!!! Nope, not too long, just 19 days for October, and just a couple months past that.

We will get to then go ad really enjoy it together instead of me just sighing wistfully at the picture and remembering.
