Description
A Specter is a Creature with the ability to turn its feathers into metal and shape that metal according to its will. They also like devouring things. Live things, especially. Doing so would make them more agile than they already are, and more resistant to attacks.

Cipher, on the other hand, resists that temptation to eat everyone in sight. For one thing, he doesn't need to; he's already quick enough, in his opinion. Besides, it's not something a good guy would do (and I do believe his allies would kick him off the team if he did so.)

Cipher loves to talk; the ones in the Rebellion group can never shut him up. He enjoys gossiping and making fun of others with Rose and Nova , and especially loves talking with Lucas , whose life philosophies amuse him so.

And that's another character from the Equestrel webcomic down. A few more (namely Rigel, and the rest of Lucas' family) and all is set for panel-making. That is, once the first few pages of the script are beta'd. xD
