Description
I wanted to do some strange, stylized depiction of Xsei's enchantment, Pull of the Depths, in action, and here we are. Some poor, unfortunate soul has gotten too close to Xsei and is about to be pulled into the drowning portal.

Sometimes you just need to displace a guy to the bottom of a swamp via a portal of eyes and weird, watery, amorphous grabby hands, it's fine.
