Description
Another one of the central protagonists from the Pikmin series arrives, retaining his Pikmin assistance like before. Like Olimar, there are a few changes in Alph's specialty from Smash Ultimate to not be too similar to Olimar. He also can either chuck his Pikmin immediately after plucking it, or just pluck with a single light tap. Of course, there are other changes, especially considering the added dash special and two extra final smashes. Just to clarify, Olimar and Alph have their respective separate slots, therefore they have their own respective movesets and color swaps. Alph wears his iconic spacesuit for his Type 1 and signature attire, while he wears a spacesuit patterned with petals for his Type 2 attire. His base stats suggests pure Glass Cannon, just like Olimar. And being a welterweight instead of a middleweight like Olimar, his predicament is a little worse. That said, the difference between his base stats and that of Olimar, is that Alph has inferior Traction in exchange for superior Agility.

Victory Theme: Based on an excerpt of the Mission Mode theme from Pikmin 3, which the version comes from Super Smash Bros. 4. This remix is sped up, however.
