Description For our last featured playable character, at least before the Mii Fighters, here's ROB! For those who weren't born in the 80s or early 90s, or earlier than any of said years, the robotic operating buddy has being in the Nintendo business since the 1985 as a video game controller. So don't you rookies think he's a rip-off of Wall-E, ROB existed first! That said, ROB's moveset isn't any different from Smash Ultimate, aside from the added dash special and two extra final smashes of course. About the extra final smashes though, one of them contains the return of the Super Diffusion Beam that was last seen in Smash 4, while cut from Smash Ultimate. And of course he's still classified as a heavyweight, he's quite a big robot! For his Type 1 and signature attire, ROB appears in his popular modifications. And for his Type 2, he appears in the modifications last seen in Mario Kart DS. Note for each attire, Gray is ROB's default color for Western releases. For Eastern releases however, white is the default color for each attire. In fact, color swaps will arrange differently between Western releases and Eastern releases. As for his base stats, ROB is classified as a Lightning Bruiser of the fast-moving powerhouse, though an odd one at that. What ROB lacks in shield health, he makes up for it with great knockback reduction and good damage resistance. What ROB lacks in damage potential, he makes up for it with great raw power and utility versatility. And what ROB lacks in Agility, he makes up for it with great Aerobility and good Speed. Finally, he bests everyone when it comes to recovery options. So don't expect him to be kept off the platforms and won't come back easily, you will need a lot of shots against him to wipe him out good.

Victory Theme: Based on the track would play before starting memory mode in Stack-Up, with a short intro added having the first part played twice. This remix occurs from Super Smash Bros. Brawl onwards.
