It's called "waist training". You just get a progressively tighter corset over a period of weeks, your body changes slightly and adapts to the restriction. I'm actually quite fat but can pull myself into a convincing hour-glass figure like that.

title makes half seance and the color tone of the stockings are a lil off, other than that, amazing body figure n nice choice of colors on the corset ^^ also that thing around her neck reminds me of a neck brace
