I think there's a version for WMP, but I don't think so for VLC.

I feel stupid, asking this since I'm a techie... but I can't find the WMP version... either I'm missing it, or it's not there.

Hmm, I guess I was wrong and there isn't a version for WMP, sorry :/

Hmm, well it seemed to install fine, for me, in my Winamp. Make sure you're selecting the right plugins directory.

dza1994 [2009-10-12 15:41:33 +0000 UTC]

it's not working for iTunes 9 >.<

Configuration is set up correctly, of course, but I have a bad feeling their program can only do the latest WinAmp and iTunes 8 instead of 9 (and whatever other media crap there is xD)

electricjonny In reply to dza1994 [2009-10-12 17:03:54 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, I've heard it doesn't work for the newest iTunes

Not really sure how to get it working for iTunes 9.

no problem, I use WinAmp for it

electricjonny In reply to dza1994 [2009-10-13 00:36:17 +0000 UTC]

It works pretty good in WinAmp. That's my music player of choice

dza1994 In reply to electricjonny [2009-10-13 13:41:44 +0000 UTC]

iTunes is my player of choice (ease of use and it's absolute WOW factor with the visualizations, not to mention forceful use of mp3s instead of wma files)

WinAmp, however, is the only one working with the code ._. so

For some reason, when I try to pick a folder (using the configurator) it won't let me pick iTunes. Do you know why that's so? If you could help, thanks.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

electricjonny In reply to monori-lai [2009-02-12 23:52:01 +0000 UTC]

Do you mean when you're trying to install it? Hmm, I don't use AMIP for iTunes, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Sorry

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

monori-lai In reply to electricjonny [2009-02-13 00:23:50 +0000 UTC]

Well, I started the configurator and it told me to pick a folder or something, and since I wanted to use AMIP for iTunes, I clicked iTunes, but that didn't work. Neither did anything else, either.
Thanks anyways.

You have to download the one specifically for iTunes integration.

I suggest using the program Fusion to run a virtual machine with Linux as an operating system, inside your Mac ^^

where is the auto program plugin folder??

excuse me for being a n00b but my computer is also in chinese :B and i cant read chinese

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

electricjonny In reply to ssaymssik09 [2007-09-06 02:19:24 +0000 UTC]

It makes it when you install the main program, and in the case of most programs, it's just a folder called plugins. In the same directory as the main program, so look in the iTunes program folder in the program folders if you use iTunes, or change that to whatever music program you use
