Beautiful concept - you have the deepest ideas always.
Great shot, too, it really gets across the very sterile feeling and also artificiality of such beauty. The only thing I could think to point out is that the eye-shadow-'brush' is a bit out of line, which kind of throws off some of the very ordered surgical feeling. At the same time, it also adds interest by breaking the rigid strucutre of straight lines... just that I'm not quite sure that's the desired effect. Somehow all horizontal lines would be more effective in this case. Anyway, I ramble.

That looks awsome man, tis a little blurry, it seems there is more focus on the hand, which of draws you towards that than the other bits and pieces. I really like the minimalist look tho, looks awsome! Very good work! Keep it up dude!

Oh this is wonderfully taken. Great composition, depth of field, and contrast. The only thing I think is that, since the subject here is "plastic surgery", a scalpel, or something of the sort, should be closer to the front after the needle, since make up instruments aren't part of plastic surgery.
Or perhaps, rather than the whole concept of the photograph being just plastic surgery, make it...something like, the price of beauty. Or something/

I didn't want to put chirurgical objects there, but the point is the make up ones representing the concept of plastic surgery, due to its basement on beauty and suchlike things ¬_¬
