Fading into legend after the war between the New and Fallen Worlds concluded, countless Demihumans went into hiding such as the formidable Half-Drakes, a race of wingless Half-Dragons that kill their prey with a venomous bite. Hailed as the island's fiercest warrior, Kaladhara leads the tribe's hunters to ensure that their growing population has enough food to sustain themselves. With megafauna becoming more scarce over the years, the inhabitants of Varanus Island turned to the sea and the mainland to satisfy their voracious appetites. Fearful of what they believed to be monstrous invaders, the humans of the Poison Element attacked Kaladhara and his hunters, capturing and wounding many of them with their weapons and traps. Retreating into the rainforest to avoid further bloodshed, the Venomous Half-Drake knows that breaking the language barrier and making peace maybe their only salvation in an ever-changing world.
