Description
"Devotion" is a fanfic story by IsabelleMajereThe setting is an alternative universe, where events did go different from what narrated in Dragonlance famous books.
Here, in chapter One, Raistlin Majere just rescued his apprentice Dalamar from a terrible ambush from the Conclave mages, and took refuge in the sewers of Palanthas to help the wounded elf and gather his power.

Dalamar sighed contentedly and leaned his head into the gentle touch. Despite the damp cold and his own considerable pain, being so close to Raistlin brought him more peace than he could remember feeling in a very long time.***
