This components are put together very well. The framing/cropping & background makes it look like a miniature but at the same time it still looks real. I can even see the glow of the fire.

Wow, this is indeed a well done photo-manipulation. Everything blends in so well. The overall color scheme and lighting creates this antique-feel or something.

Everything was from another photo. I basically achieved what I wanted with the smoke by doing a couple layers of smoke with different blending modes and opacities. For the steam, its also from another picture and i just lowered the opacity way down, used screen blending mode i think, and went over it with a low strength eraser getting rid of small spots until it looked right. Sorry to dissapoint you, i don't have any magical smoke brush haha. This was really my first time even attempting anything like this
