First basic photos of my makeup with the full costume, minus veil here. Almost completely ready for my first convention! 2 weeks to go!This is also my take on the skeleton arm. I like the idea of the bones being revealed through the skin. I feel like it's a better use of shape and space then trying to black out the rest of my arm, like it's not supposed to be there.
**Update: My costume won best in it's category at CONvergence! XD Soooo Awesome! and Sooo much fun!

Ya, I didn't want to mess with dyes. I knew I'd have more control with paint than anything. My favorite tool is floral spray paint. It goes on super light, so it doesn't compromise the fabric. On the skirt, I have about three differnt colors layered. You can find the floral paints at Michaels. The swirls are acrylic paint hand painted on.
