Description Portrait of a pyro

For my website


Pretty much everything, excluding the background, was painted/repainted. The flames took me forever because I had no refs for fire (I made this while on vacation)...and I still don't think they look right. I plan to go back and fix them when I find the time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

EDIT: I changed the flames a bit, suggestions? Are they better? Worse?

Really really gorgeous piece. The only thing I could think of for improvement would be to blend in the edges of her shoulders slightly more. Right now it feels a bit like she's not completely there.

Love, love, love all the red you've used while still managing to keep the details crisp and clear! The flow of motion is amazing, you've managed to capture the essence of fire and just make a whole new character out of the model. Thanks so much for sharing this!
